Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Â As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in Performance Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is a plus
