We're looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused assistant studio manager to help deliver an exceptional experience for every client who walks into Pixxel Factory. You'll be responsible for ensuring the studio is always ready, welcoming clients, supporting daily operations, and maintaining high standards throughout every shift.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Open and close assigned studio spaces
- Prepare studios before client arrival
- Welcome and assist clients
- Perform studio walkthroughs before and after booking
- Ensure equipment is properly arranged
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation
- Complete daily operational checklists
- Escalate issues to the Studio Manager
- Support smooth daily studio operations
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND
- Strong communication skills
- Good customer service attitude
- Organized and dependable
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance
