Cybervergent is seeking a dynamic Customer Engineer to join our growing Customer Engineering team. As a primary delivery engine, you will be responsible for the full fulfillment lifecycle for mid-market and SMB customers, from technical discovery through integration, onboarding, and initial ongoing success. You will also support enterprise deployments alongside Senior Customer Engineers. This role goes beyond traditional support, requiring you to embed within customer organizations, drive measurable governance outcomes, and operate with the technical authority of a solutions architect and the customer obsession of a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery and assess customer readiness during sales calls.
- Conduct maturity assessments of customer compliance programs.
- Map customer technical environments, including cloud platforms, identity providers, and security tools.
- Design solution architectures demonstrating how Cybervergent addresses customer governance gaps.
- Support RFP responses, including security questionnaires and data residency requirements.
- Own end-to-end fulfillment for mid-market and SMB accounts, ensuring timely delivery.
- Execute integrations across Cybervergent's platform modules: Compliance Posture, Risk Posture, DSPM, and Audit Center.
- Conduct functional, business process, and user acceptance testing before go-live.
- Monitor platform performance intensively post-launch and resolve issues rapidly.
- Drive adoption across Security, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and IT functions within 60 days of go-live.
- Deliver role-specific training to various customer teams.
