Job summary
A Customer Service Representative (Events) is the front-line point of contact for attendees, clients, or vendors before, during, and after an event handling inquiries, resolving issues on-site, and making sure guests have a smooth experience.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to client inquiries regarding event planning, bookings, and services via walk-in, phone, email, and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after events.
- Handle client complaints, requests, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with clients on event bookings, payments, and post-event satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare customer service reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in any relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or a related field.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with event booking or client relationship management is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN150,000
