Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct collection activities and follow up with customers via phone calls.
- Manage and follow up on accounts within assigned collection buckets.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor, record, and report collection activities and results regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of an OND in a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet assigned targets.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Location: Surulere, Lagos Mainland
Remuneration: NGN100,000.00 Monthly
Performance Pay: NGN 120,000.00
