Senior Associate, Insights - Acumen Academy

Acumen is recruiting a senior associate for insights to support a rigorous learning agenda around enterprise growth, work quality, and women's participation in the green economy. The role is based in Nairobi or Lagos and contributes evidence, synthesis, and adaptive learning for a multi-stakeholder African program.
This is a strong opening for a researcher or strategist who can turn complex field evidence into usable program insight and thought partnership.

• Roughly 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in research, consulting, development, or strategy work.
• Strong qualitative or mixed-methods research capability.
• Ability to synthesize evidence into clear recommendations and written outputs.
• Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in entrepreneurship, MSMEs, climate, or large donor-funded programs is useful.
