Full-Stack Product Engineer
Job summary
We are looking for a highly versatile, autonomous full-stack product engineer to take complete technical management of a diverse portfolio of upcoming digital products. In this role, the candidate won't just write code; they will architect, launch, and maintain applications across four distinct domains: financial technology, real-time logistics (courier), interactive education, and automotive IoT. As a foundational technical hire, the candidate will design the systems from the ground up, navigate the complexities of app store deployments, and ensure long-term stability and scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Build: Architect scalable backend APIs and build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using modern frameworks (Flutter or React Native).
- Launch: Deliver the end-to-end deployment pipeline, successfully navigating Apple App Store and Google Play Store submission processes and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain: Set up robust monitoring, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Adapt: Seamlessly switch contexts between different engineering challenges, from financial encryption to real-time geospatial tracking and hardware integration.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of taking apps from ideation to production.
- Deep production experience with Flutter or React Native, along with a strong understanding of native iOS/Android behaviors.
- Proficiency in at least one scalable backend language (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go) and solid database design skills (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Firebase) and configuring automated deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Deep understanding of data protection, encryption, and secure authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Mapbox/Google Maps APIs and background geolocation tracking.
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or MQTT protocols for hardware/automotive communication.
Location:Surulere, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 Monthly.
