Job Summary

We are looking for a human resources manager to help plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization. Supervise the attendance, recruitment, interview and hiring of new employees; and serve as the link between the management of the organization and its employees.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements


  • Responsible for and managing all the activities of the HR department.
  • Understanding and executing staffing requirements and staffing-related issues from all departments.
  • Manage and plan the hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees in all departments
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discuss any problems or grievances they may have, and serve as the link between the employees and management.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.


  • A degree in Human Resource Management, or any related course
  • Applicant must be within the age range of 25 to 35 years old
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
