Job Summary

We are looking to hire a passionate individual to handle the daily Operational needs of the Organization while ensuring the customers satisfaction through Quality Control calls as well Technical support to achieve the organizational overall aims and objective .

Job Description/Requirements

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures

  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

  • Work with senior stakeholders.

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

  • Support worker communication with the management team.

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization

  • Supervise and monitor the After sales Team

  • Ensure quality control on calls to customers amongst the call center agent

  • Oversee the recovery of products from customers


    1. Minimum Education & Experience:

    • Bsc/University degree 

    • Post graduate qualifications are desirable

    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years cognate work experience

    • Proficiency in the use of communication technology to deliver information and other basic and advanced business applications etc.
