- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Handle hotel bookings.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies
- Preferably female.
- Should a minimum of OND, or it's equivalent.
- Shouldn't be less than 25years of age.
- Should have not less than two years experience as a receptionist in a hotel.
- Must be computer Literate, with good knowledge of some of the hotel management software.
- Residing within or around Amuwo-Odofin should be an additional advantage.
