We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill this position.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Handle hotel bookings.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies


  • Preferably female.
  • Should a minimum of OND, or it's equivalent.
  • Shouldn't be less than 25years of age.
  • Should have not less than two years experience as a receptionist in a hotel.
  • Must be computer Literate, with good knowledge of some of the hotel management software.
  • Residing within or around Amuwo-Odofin should be an additional advantage.

Salary: The salary is attractive with additional Service Charge, and other benefits.
