Job summary
We are seeking a high-performance business operations & growth manager to drive aggressive execution, revenue growth, and operational excellence across its business units. This is a results-driven leadership role for an individual with strong operational intelligence and business acumen, capable of translating strategy into measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will work directly with executive leadership and is positioned on a clear performance-based track to chief operating officer (COO).
Job descriptions & requirements
- Drive and enforce weekly revenue and performance targets across all business units
- Ensure execution of leadership decisions with speed, structure, and accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for aligned delivery
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting growth and profitability
- Translate strategy into execution plans and measurable outputs
- Track and report weekly operational and revenue performance
- Support business expansion initiatives and growth projects
- Develop and manage pipelines for government and high-value contracts
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and results
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in operations or growth roles
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Strong execution capacity in high-performance environments
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Ability to manage multiple teams and enforce performance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Industry experience is an advantage
- Performance Bonus: Up to NGN 300,000 – 500,000
- Additional Incentives: Commission on high-value deals
