Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership, coordination and management of the HSE Support Services contract, serving as the primary liaison between FOXCOM SYNERGY LTD. and the Client.
• Ensure adequate recruitment, deployment, supervision and retention of qualified personnel to meet contract requirements.
• Manage human resources activities, including staff welfare, performance management, training, leave administration and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, Client policies, HSE standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, manpower availability, service delivery and KPIs, ensuring timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate logistics, mobilisation, demobilisation and operational resources while ensuring continuous service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an HND or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in human resources practice, with at least five (5) years in a similar or equivalent management position.
• Possession of a recognised professional HR certification.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labour relations, personnel management and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration: NGN 700,000 - 850,000 Monthly
