Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns with professional poise.
- Operations Management: Supervise the daily workflows of housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure the property remains in pristine condition.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage booking platforms, track occupancy rates, oversee vendor relationships, and handle billing and financial reporting
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all 11 units to ensure they meet brand standards for cleanliness, amenities, and functionality.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, property management, or a similar service-oriented leadership role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on high-end customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software (PMS) and digital booking channels.
- Ability to work independently and make decisive actions regarding property maintenance and guest satisfaction.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly
