Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard quality salaried clients (civil servants & corporate staff)
- Drive payroll-based loan disbursement and collections
- Mobilize deposits and grow client portfolios
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repayment performance
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and recovery targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll lending
- Must have worked with leading lending institutions such as credit direct limited, renmoney, branch international, fairmoney, MFB or similar
- Proven track record in loan sales, deposit mobilization, and recovery
- Strong network within government ministries, agencies, and corporates
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
