Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast meals according to recipes, portions, and order specifications
- Assemble and package orders accurately
- Follow daily production instructions and order details
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Work efficiently to meet early-morning dispatch deadlines
- Support other kitchen activities as required
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling standards
- Assist during pop-ups and outdoor catering events
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking/food preparation experience
- SSCE or equivalent
- Good reading, writing, and basic numeracy skills
- Able to follow recipes, portions, and instructions accurately
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Neat, organized, and responsible
- Good physical stamina
- Candidate will resume work from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Reliable and punctual, especially for the 4:00 a.m. start
- The candidate should live in these areas or be able to commute to the kitchen within approximately 30 minutes reliably
