Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the café’s standards.
- Plan and organize daily meal preparation.
- Maintain proper food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure the kitchen and cooking equipment are kept clean and organized.
- Monitor food supplies and minimize wastage.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must be punctual and committed to the work schedule.
Location: Rumuola, Port Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN80,000
