Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcome visitors and handle inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform database and file management system.
- Handle all secretarial duties.
- Establish and maintain good relations with due authority
- Calm, cautious, and attentive characteristic with teamwork spirit
- Overseeing daily office itineraries.
- Maintaining the office calendar and scheduling meetings.

Salary Budget: NGN100,000- NGN120,000
