General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, procurement, sales, and distribution.
• Ensure consistent production of high-quality drinking water in compliance with applicable NAFDAC, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise staff, set performance targets, and drive productivity across departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships.
• Manage budgets, control operating costs, minimise waste, and improve profitability.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, equipment maintenance, and timely product delivery.
• Monitor business performance, resolve operational challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an  HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in general management, operations, or a supervisory leadership role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or table water production.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, control costs, drive sales, and achieve business targets.
• Strong leadership, financial management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and business development abilities.
