- Drive performance of SME/Retail Banking team in line with the target set by the Bank.
- Generate and drive deposit liability budget.
- Drive revenue and profit to achieve the company's strategic goals.
- Generate and supervise risk asset budget as directed by the group.
- Liaise with relevant departments to interview and hire new members of the marketing and sales team.
