Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management: Welcoming guests, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining sign-in logs to enforce front office security.
- Communication Handling: Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Booking meeting rooms, managing appointment calendars, and organizing logistics for corporate events.
- Correspondence: Receiving, sorting, and distributing official mail, packages, and parcels to the appropriate departments.
- Office Administration: Monitoring inventory and restocking front desk materials (e.g., pens, forms, paper), and assisting with basic data entry and filing
Requirements:
- Must be at least an OND Holder.
- Must be ICT Savvy, Teachable, and willing to learn on the job
- Should possess speech aesthetics, negotiation skills, and a customer experience skill set.
