Job Summary

We currently need an office assistant to provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support in the office to maintain efficient office tasks. managing day-to-day office activities including answering phone calls, upkeep of the office.

Job Description/Requirements

Experience: Must be computer literate.

You must reside around Ebute metta, Yaba, Surulere axis

Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with one year of experience



Responsibilities


Sorting and sending mail

Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks

Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated

Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping

Answering phone calls and taking messages

Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Welcoming visitors to the office

Providing visitors with information

Resolving office-related issues



To be successful in the role, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking is an essential skill for this position. 


Salary - 80,000 Naira net monthly.
