Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Implement sales strategies to improve market share
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
  • Ensure effective management of relationships with key customers and accounts.
  • Review sales performance against set targets on a periodic basis and discuss action plans for improvement with the team lead
  • Prepare sales reports for Managements review (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Ensure that customer complaints are investigated and promptly resolved across all channels


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years prior industry-related business development or sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the organization’s product and service offerings.
  • Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure
  • Flexible, proactive, and data-driven
  • Good knowledge of Fintech, finance, and digital banking products
  • Good IT skills and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • In-depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
