Business Development Associate
Job summary
<p>We are looking for a business development associate to support the growth of My IVO by building partnerships, expanding our user base, and contributing to revenue generation. This is a mostly remote role, but it requires regular field engagement across Lagos for partner meetings, activations, and growth initiatives.</p>

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop partnerships with healthcare and wellness providers
- Support user acquisition and onboarding efforts
- Contribute to initiatives that drive engagement and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Track opportunities, follow up on leads, and support deal execution
- Provide market feedback to inform product and growth strategies
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel within Lagos for meetings and activations
