- Provide administrative support to all departments, in a timely and effective manner.
- Inputting and maintenance of recruitment database.
- Manage the HRIS HR & Admin system. Ensure accurate personnel records on the HR system upon activation
- Produce draft documents for approval by HOD for departments in line with requests i.e. SOPs for the Office of GM, Finance,
- Process documentation in relationship to requisitions, cash advances, petty cash vouchers, LPOs etc
- Provide relationship management support for vendors, property managers etc.
- Manage the vendor database.
- Must be educated to a minimum of B.sc/HND Business Administration and Management
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess not less than 5 years working experience
- Should have the ability to work under pressure
- Must be a team player
- Should be ready to learn new skills
