Job Summary

We are a manufacturing company involved in granite quarrying and processing located in Kaduna. We solicit applications from a suitable and qualified person to fill this position.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to all departments, in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Inputting and maintenance of recruitment database. 
  • Manage the HRIS HR & Admin system. Ensure accurate personnel records on the HR system upon activation
  • Produce draft documents for approval by HOD for departments in line with requests i.e. SOPs for the Office of GM, Finance, 
  • Process documentation in relationship to requisitions, cash advances, petty cash vouchers, LPOs etc
  • Provide relationship management support for vendors, property managers etc.
  • Manage the vendor database.

Qualification:

  • Must be educated to a minimum of B.sc/HND Business Administration and  Management 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess not less than 5 years working experience 
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure 
  • Must be a team player
  • Should be ready to learn new skills
