Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant (Developer + Functional Expert) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both the technical (development/customization) and functional (analysis/configuration) aspects of Odoo ERP. You will lead full-cycle Odoo implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements from clients across multiple industries.
- Customise and develop new Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
- Configure core and custom Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, IOT etc.
- Translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
- Lead client demos, training sessions, and UAT processes.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Debug and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Prepare documentation, manuals, and solution designs.
- Support deployment on Odoo.sh or self-hosted environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with many Odoo versions.
- Strong Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript skills.
- Proficient in Odoo ORM, QWeb, and custom module development.
- Deep knowledge of multiple Odoo functional areas.
- Ability to gather client requirements, design solutions, and configure the system accordingly.
- Experience with Git, Linux server environments and Odoo.sh
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
