Job summary
A Human Resources (HR) Intern supports the Human Resources department with administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
- Schedules interviews and coordinates communication with candidates.
- Supports employee onboarding by preparing documents and orientation materials.
- Maintains and updates employee records and HR databases.
- Assists in preparing employment letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Supports payroll and attendance record management where applicable.
- Helps organize staff training, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Responds to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensures confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Performs general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Assists with HR projects and other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving and basic administrative skills.
