Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the periodic review of the risk management policy and other elements of the risk management network.
- Designs processes for managing risk and implement them across the Bank.
- Ensures staff understand the responsibilities with respect to risk management and are supported with training and assistance.
- Analyses the key risk indicators – credit, liquidity, operational, market risks etc.
- Ensure the minimum monthly collection of 90%, minimum quarterly collection of 90% and Monthly reduction of NPLs by 10%
- The remedial process is implemented upon the first default in monthly instalment.
- Prepares reports for the auditors, the Risk Committee, and the regulatory body.
- Coordinates communication and reporting between roles in the bank’s governance model.
- Demonstrates a positive, risk-aware culture across the bank.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 600,000 Monthly
