Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Posting other outflows on Odoo
- Bank Reconciliation
- Review of filing system
- Customer Ledger Review and Reconciliation
- Posting month-end journals - Prepayments, where required.
- Review of Staff Pension, PAYE, and Schedule
- Preparation and Remittance of Statutory Deductions – WHT, NSIFT, ITF PO, GRN, and Waybill matching (suppliers)
- Bill Creation on Odoo
- Invoice Validation and Payment Matching
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in accounting/accountancy from a reputable institution with at least a 2:2 degree.
- At least 6 years hands-on experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing or trading sector.
- ICAN Certified
- Experience using accounting and ERP systems, preferably Odoo
- Within the age of 31-38 years old
Remuneration: NGN 500,000-800,000 Monthly Net
