Job summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented cashier to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, managing delivery orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, POS, transfer, and card payments correctly.
- Handle delivery app orders and ensure timely coordination with dispatch riders.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy.
- Confirm all food and beverage orders before handoff to customers or riders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining areas.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and front-of-house supplies.
- Follow company hospitality and service standards consistently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance during shifts.
- A minimum of an OND qualification.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
