- Handle calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and format project documents, reports, and other deliverables.
- Submit a request for proposals.
- Compile and submit professional profiles and supporting materials.
- Respond promptly to requests for information, documents, or clarifications.
- Support general administrative and operational needs to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct research and data entry to support ongoing initiatives.
- Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking.
- Provide responsive and professional customer or client support when needed.
- Maintain project records and ensure information is up to date and easily accessible.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or a similar administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Ability to work remotely and align with EMT working hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
- Strong documentation and research skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
