Job summary
The recruitment officer will be responsible for providing marketing initiatives to promote the company’s brand and services. This role combines organisational and communication skills with creativity and strategic thinking to ensure efficient office operations and effective execution of marketing campaigns. The individual will handle office administration, coordinate events, manage social media and digital platforms, prepare reports, and support the sales and marketing team in achieving business objectives.

- Handle day-to-day office tasks.
- Coordinate marketing activities and client outreach.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Maintain office filing systems and organise documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised.
- A minimum of an HND in administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to do multitasking and work under pressure.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Must know the Nigerian Market or marketing strategy well
- Knowledge of the chemical/industrial sector is an advantage.
- Must be interested in people.
