Our client, an HR Consulting firm, is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to manage day-to-day people operations, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role will support both internal and client-facing HR operations, driving continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, and processes.

Job descriptions & requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, records & documentation
  • Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
  • Support recruitment, performance management & employee relations
  • Maintain HR systems, reports, and workforce data
  • Support HR operations for clients (where applicable)


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Must be proficient in payroll administration
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
  • Strong organization, communication & reporting skills
  • HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage
