Our client, an HR Consulting firm, is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to manage day-to-day people operations, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role will support both internal and client-facing HR operations, driving continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, records & documentation
- Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
- Support recruitment, performance management & employee relations
- Maintain HR systems, reports, and workforce data
- Support HR operations for clients (where applicable)
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations
- Must be proficient in payroll administration
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Strong organization, communication & reporting skills
- HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage
