Event Organizer
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Organizer to coordinate and manage events from planning through to completion. You will ensure every event runs smoothly by managing logistics, coordinating vendors, maintaining budgets, and delivering an excellent experience for clients and attendees.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and coordinate events from concept to execution.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, and timelines.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers.
- Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers where necessary.
- Manage affiliate and partner relationships.
- Coordinate event setup, delivery, and breakdown activities.
- Provide post-event follow-up and client aftercare.
- Gather feedback and prepare event reports where required.
- Assist with general administrative and organisational tasks within the company.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the event lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Previous experience organizing events, weddings, corporate functions, or private celebrations.
- Experience working in hospitality, events, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional telephone and client-facing manner.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable laptop and smartphone.
- Fast and stable internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Work from home, fully remote.
