Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the Company's customer base and revenue.
  • Mobilize deposits and generate quality loan opportunities in line with business targets.
  • Source, onboard, and retain customers for the Company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and follow-up engagements.
  • Promote the Company's products, services, and value proposition to potential customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate prompt resolution where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, business events, and promotional activities organized by the Company.
  • Achieve assigned deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, loan generation, and revenue targets.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management in support of the Company's business growth objectives. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Banking, Fintech, or Microfinance.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Report writing and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
