We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of our engineering and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Familiarising oneself with all products and services offered by the company.
- Securing Projects and Clients: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals to expand our client base.
- Understanding Market Needs: Act as the company’s "eyes and ears" in the marketplace by gathering intelligence on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activities.
- Provide valuable insights to engineering and R&D teams to keep offerings competitive.
- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Ensuring Financial Health: Contribute directly to revenue generation, ensuring the company’s financial sustainability and growth.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
- Market awareness and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Bid and Tender: Preparation of bid document and attending tender/bid meeting on behalf of the company
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc in any related field.
- A minimum of 4 years experience
