Job summary
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organisation, providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. This role manages front-desk operations, handles inquiries, coordinates communication, and supports general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
- Manage visitor check-in/check-out and maintain visitor logs.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services or connect visitors to the appropriate staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Manage outgoing mail and coordinate with courier services.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc in a related field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly, polite, and approachable.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Calm under pressure and solution oriented.
- Strong attention to detail.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000-400,000 Net
