Front Desk Executive


Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make visitors and customers feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Manage the front office to promote the good image of the company 
  • Attend to internal and external customers of the company, receive and process all  enquiries and relay to the appropriate employees 
  • Provide effective customer service to potential and walk-in customers 
  • Place outgoing calls and conference calls as needed 
  • Assist in making meeting room reservations  
  • Keep updated records and files 
  • Undertake administrative duties 
  • Take up other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 from a reputable university 
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as front desk representative

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of office management  
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office  
  • Must have advanced telephone and correspondence skills 
  • Strong communication and people skills 
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Customer service orientation
