Social Media Marketer
Job summary
As our Social Media Marketer, you will own our entire social media presence — from strategy to execution. You'll be expected to create content yourself (yes, you'll be in front of the camera and behind the keyboard), build audiences, and directly contribute to the business pipeline. Your performance will be measured not just by likes and follows, but by leads generated, inquiries driven, and revenue influenced. This role comes with targets. Real ones. And we'll give you the tools, creative freedom, and support to hit them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a social media strategy built around audience growth AND revenue generation
- Create content daily/weekly — written posts, graphics, reels, short-form videos, carousels — yourself, hands-on
- Show up on camera when needed; we want a human face on our brand
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation and ROI
- Track KPIs obsessively: reach, engagement, click-through rate, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution
- Convert social audiences into booked calls, inquiries, and paying clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure social activity is directly feeding the revenue funnel
- Deliver weekly performance reports — not just vanity metrics, but what actually moved the needle
- Stay ahead of trends and platform changes to keep our content fresh and competitive
Requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience with proven revenue or lead-gen results
- Self-sufficient content creator — you write, you design, you film, you post
- Comfortable on camera and willing to create video content regularly
- Understand that followers mean nothing without conversion — and you build content with that in mind
- Target-driven and thrive under measurable goals
- Can manage paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Proficient with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Buffer/Hootsuite
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable — this is a remote role, and we need someone who delivers without being micromanaged
- Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent real-world experience
