Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Berger Paints products to customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with retailers, contractors, and end-users.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports.
- Ensure product knowledge and excellent customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (HND/B.Sc. is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
- Must reside around the Ajah axis for accessibility to the sales territory.
- For male applicants: Must know how to drive.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Confidence and resilience in meeting targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
