Field Sales & Marketing Representative
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Representative to drive Platform product sales and direct-to-customer sales and promote our products in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will onboard organizations and staff on the platform, generate sales on platform, close sales, build strong customer relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's platform and products to organisations and individual customers.
- Identify and onboard businesses, corporate organisations, and their employees onto the platform.
- Generate qualified leads through field prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Convert leads into paying customers and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Educate customers on the platform's features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute customer acquisition campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of organisations onboarded.
- Number of employees onboarded per organisation.
- Monthly platform sales generated.
- Customer acquisition and conversion rate.
- Customer retention and engagement rate.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
