We have an exciting opportunity of Manager Administration for our Energy Client based in Abuja, Nigeria.

Reporting To: Country Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration & HR Manager to oversee all administrative, office management, project support, and basic human resource functions for its operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day administration of the Nigeria office and project sites, ensuring smooth operations, policy implementation, and proper maintenance of records, supplies, and office infrastructure.
2. Project & Site Support
- Provide administrative, logistics, and procurement support to rural solar mini-grid projects, including accommodation, transportation, site setup, and movement of materials and equipment.
3. Executive Support
- Act as the primary support to the Country Manager by managing schedules, travel, meetings, reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Vendor, Procurement & Facilities Management
- Manage vendors, service providers, procurement activities, office facilities, maintenance, security, and setup of new offices or project locations.
5. Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, hotels, transportation, and logistics for meetings and company events.
6. Human Resources Support
- Handle basic HR activities including onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave management, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, employee engagement, and compliance with local labour regulations.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory registrations, licenses, permits, insurance records, and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
8. Budget & Cost Management
- Manage administration budgets, control expenses, process invoices, and coordinate vendor payments with the Finance team.
9. Asset Management
- Maintain company asset and inventory records, monitor asset allocation, and conduct periodic asset audits and verification.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or HR Administration.
- Experience supporting project-based businesses, infrastructure, energy, power, or construction companies is preferred.
- Prior experience in handling multi-location operations and remote project sites will be an advantage.
