- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Gather market and customer feedback to improve offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies
- Minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably field sales or direct selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Valid driver’s licence (if required for the role)
