Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.
  • This includes building buyer personas, identifying target audiences, and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Planning and executing paid advertising (PPC) and organic campaigns across channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Developing engaging copy for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
  • This includes performing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to maximize organic search visibility.
  • Utilizing analytics platforms to track campaign performance, monitor website traffic, and calculate Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Building lasting digital connections with consumers, responding to customer comments, and managing online reputation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and website management.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools
