Job summary
We are looking to hire someone with great customer service and sales experience to enrol prospects who make inquiries, ensuring the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable, and consistent in delivery, intending to achieve first contact resolution.

- Directing prospective students to pay the prescribed company account

- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads
- Handling correspondence
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations
- Coordinating mailshots and similar publicity tasks
- Helping to organize and manage webinars, seminars, and live broadcasts across media channels
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND or a Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven customer support experience and a track record of exceeding quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and good command of written English
- Good use of social media marketing skills
- Knowledgeable use of ChatGPT
- Great sales and marketing skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including written English
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
