Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all cleaning staff.
- Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall staff performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock and proper maintenance of tools.
- Lead and supervise all post-construction cleaning activities before building handover.
- Ensure safe disposal of construction waste and removal of hazardous materials or sharp objects.
- Prepare cleaning reports and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or cleaning supervisor in cleaning services.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect and ensure quality.
- Ability to handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely, ensuring proper PPE usage.
- Good communication skills for training and reporting.
