Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided inspections of available plots, explaining location, plot sizes, layout, access, and nearby amenities.
- Answer enquiries accurately about plot sizes, pricing, and availability.
- Support the sales team in closing deals, including collecting client details.
- Keep the sales office and site entrance clean, secure, and presentable at all times.
- Liaise with the surveying, legal, and management teams on site access, plot boundaries, and security matters.
- Report encroachment, safety hazards, or security concerns to management without delay.
- Make sure site layout maps, brochures, price lists, and signage are current and well displayed.
- Follow company policies, site safety rules, and applicable real estate regulations.
- Represent the company with integrity, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
- Handle client information and company data with strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 2years of experience in real estate sales
- Working knowledge of land sales processes and basic land and real estate terminology.
