Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Agency Sales Manager to lead, grow, and manage a high-performing sales team within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

- Recruit, develop & retain a minimum number of Agency personnel
- Set, monitor & drive the achievement of sales targets across teams
- Open & expand business opportunities in designated locations
- Ensure consistent performance & achievement of sales objectives
- Represent the company professionally in strategic engagements & markets
Core Duties
- Monitor Sales Managers’ activities & maintain acceptable team size
- Train and onboard new hires on the company’s insurance products & processes
- Prepare & submit weekly & monthly performance reports using spreadsheets & Microsoft Office tools
- Deliver presentations to internal teams, partners & external audience
- Represent the company at high-profile events, meetings & industry functions
Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
•At least a BSc or HND in a relevant discipline
•Strong knowledge of the NIIRA Act
•Proven track record in team building and sales leadership
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
