Job summary
We are looking for discrete and professional individuals to provide support in a well-organized manner. The candidate would be required to handle admin work, typing, filling, develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system, represent the company at meetings and develop proposals, reports and other communication materials.

Responsibilities:
- Type letters, documents, input database, and file documents.
- Make and receive calls and where required, make presentation with the use of power point.
- Receive, manage, and communicate with clients.
- Assist in the day-to-day activities and also represent the company at meetings.
- Manage and coordinate office resources
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
