Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns politely.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Neat appearance and professional attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Previous hospitality or waiter experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
