Job Summary

To lead the development, implementation, and execution of long-term strategy for deepening and winning the market share in the existing technology business (hardware distributions & OEMs partners) and emerging technology businesses such as FinTechs, AgricTechs, HealthTechs, EduTechs, LogicTechs, API as Service.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the right proposition and solution that will make the bank the preferred financial institution for players in this segment. 
  • Execute go-to-market strategies that enable the bank across branches to gain market share and win customers in this segment. 
  • Originate innovative financing and solutions for entrepreneurs in the technology sectors.  
  • Develop the right partnership that will strengthen the bank’s competitiveness in the segment. 
  • Develop and manage effectively support framework to aid across the network,  best in service client relationship management and eliminate pain points for players in this segment. 
  • Strong marketplace knowledge and experience providing financing for entrepreneurs (in the Tech industry). 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
  • Work with other Stakeholders to ensure completeness of documentation to safeguard the Bank’s position. 
  • Recommend and emplace procedures and controls that are adequate for business process agility. 
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders on business performance and related activities. 
  • Partake in the credit policy design/formulation process. 
  • Manage business profitability effectively. 
  • Ensure the cost of risk is within acceptable norms. 
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling opportunities for the Bank through collaboration with other SBUs.
